Every parcel carries its record: acquisition source, storage at origin, inspection notes, fill level, capsule and label condition, and every custody movement since it reached us. Not a paragraph of reassurance — a document.
Graded like it matters
Fill measured in centimetres, not adjectives. We say when a wine is drinking now, when it needs another five years — and when we would not buy it ourselves.

Wine stored with us remains legally yours — segregated, titled and insured, resting in our temperature-controlled Carlsbad cellar until you want it at your table.
