Sell your wine · Carlsbad, California
A bottle, a case, or the whole cellar.
We buy wine the way we sell it — inspected bottle by bottle, documented, and handled by people who will tell you plainly what your collection is worth and why. No bottle fees, no minimums, no waiting on an auction cycle.

How it works
Four steps, none of them mysterious
| 1 · Tell us what you have | A list and a few phone photos are enough — labels, and where they have lived. No spreadsheet required, no bottle fee, no minimum. |
| 2 · A written offer within 48 hours | A real number in writing, from the people who will hold the wine — not a range, not an invitation to consign and wait. |
| 3 · We come to you, or the wine comes to us | Within 90 miles of Carlsbad we appraise in your home, free. Farther out, we send prepaid, insured shipping labels and can schedule the pickup — you never leave the house. |
| 4 · Inspection, then payment — same day | Every bottle is inspected on arrival and enters our documented chain of custody. Payment goes out the day your wine passes. |
What we buy
If it is worth cellaring, we want to see it
| Napa cult wines | Screaming Eagle, Harlan, Scarecrow, Sine Qua Non and their neighbours — the wines we are known for. |
| Bordeaux | First growths, Right Bank icons, Super Seconds — especially in original wood. |
| Burgundy & Champagne | Grand and Premier Cru; prestige cuvées; large formats welcome. |
| Whole cellars & estates | Downsizing, relocation, inheritance. We work with executors and advisors regularly, and we are local enough to come see it. |
| The imperfect collection | Mixed provenance, partial cases, single bottles — collections other buyers turn away. We will look, tell you honestly what is sellable, and explain how we valued it. |
Why sellers choose us
Your bottles get a file, not a shelf
Every parcel we buy enters a documented chain of custody the moment it arrives — received, inspected, photographed, and graded with the fill measured in centimetres. That record follows the wine to its next owner, which is why we can pay properly for provenance: we are the ones who preserve it. And because we are in Carlsbad, a serious collection within driving distance gets appraised where it stands — in the cellar it has always lived in, which is exactly where provenance is easiest to prove.
